Be sure to open Windows Update and Hide KB3035583, or it will install again.

I looked in Control Panel, Programs, Installed Programs; and KB3035583 is not there anymore because I uninstalled it last night and rebooted.

Thanks for your help!

signing up doesn't mean you have to get it. They want to inform those using windows 7 or 8 I have 8.1 pro that this will be free and it reserves your right to a copy free. I may not download it but it give me the option. I'm having enough trouble with 8.1 right now after 2 weeks. I have a local government computer and they told me this is it they were not replacing the 450 other units with either 8.1 pro or 10, I was on my own.

It went away after signing up.

Well it came back and is gone now again.
