I'm getting mailbombed by Arabic spammers.

I don't even know what the messages say, but I can sometimes get ten a day.

Is there a filter that will block out anything but Western script?

But that is best done at the ISP level in the incoming mail server.

You should be able to take a few of the Arabic characters and put them into subject or body filters and move the email to your spam folder.
