Ask him if his wives were nice to the women he had affairs with. Or in what fantasy world his women got along with each other.

(16,104 posts)Ol' Bill could make a very public, sincere act of contrition and accept his responsibility for putting Hillary in this situation.
This was the one thing they got ol' Bill on. The one thing he could and should have never done.
The thing that hurts the most.
Or they can ignore it, and take the high ground of issues and acting presidential.
Or they can go off on Trump!
Remember Kathy Bates in "Primary Colors?" The test?
We'll see.
I back Hillary 100% whatever comes. For me, it was never about her.

(3,749 posts)go absolutely berserk, it is these jerks saying Hillary was "mean" and "tried to destroy" the women who had affairs with Bill. Is it only women in my age group (older) who are collectively screaming at their TVs every time Trump and his surrogates say this? I agree with DLCWIdem about what the response should be. I have always admired and supported Hillary and am a loyal democrat...but it seems to me that even women who disagree with Hillary's politics should be outraged at this line of attack against her. Maybe we should just line up all the women who have ever been cheated on by a husband (or boyfriend) and find out if they were sufficiently "nice" to the other woman involved. AND just because Hillary had enough dignity and class not to kick Bill's ass in public, doesn't mean she didn't let him have it in private. (Also, Chelsea was still a child at the time--Would that have been in her best interest?) On the other hand, we have Trump feeling no such protectiveness toward his children (and they were still children at the time he cheated on his first wife) In fact, I have seen quotes from his daughter about how difficult it was for her and her brothers during that time. My god. I thought we had come further than this since our Womens Rights struggles in the 60s. WTF. I think I'm gonna go put my 45 of Helen Reddy singing "I am Woman" on my antique record player and burn all my bras. OK I'm better now.

It's amazing that the Repubs think this is a smart way to swift boat someone (HRC) who did exactly what Repub Family Values would call for.
