Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumBernie Sanders Willing to Harm Hillary Clinton
Democratic leaders said they wanted to do everything possible to avoid having Clinton-Sanders tensions send the Philadelphia convention into the sort of chaos they had expected to mar the Republican convention. So far, though, Mr. Sanders has not indicated that he would ask his delegates to support Mrs. Clinton, as she did in 2008 for Barack Obama.

Bernie Sanders cannot proclaim he is a Democrat, a Progressive, a Liberal, or a Socialist with this type of destructive intentions. He will destroy the country rather than swallow his pride. For that he can go straight to #%!!

(298,077 posts)Let's be perfectly clear. One campaign has declared that its intention is to override the primary results and steal the nomination.
Allan Brauer ??@allanbrauer
This places them outside the Democratic Party tent, and such a campaign deserves zero voice at our convention.

She will be our President. President Obama had a lot of enemies too.. but he fought them all off, including sanders.. and so will Hillary Clinton.

(5,070 posts)I'm all in for Hillary at this point. I'd like to inflict a lot of damage myself when it comes to Sanders. Maybe a little phone banking can bring that anti-democrat to his knees.

I have heard more former Bernie people saying recently, he's has really begun to show his true colors, and they aren't pretty.
He's turned off a lot of his former supporters and the more he stays in to be the spoiler, the more leverage he loses.

(6 posts)This is starting to get absurd. Sanders has every right to lay out his campaign through the last state primary, AND to take his message and his pledged delegates to the Convention in Philadelphia, to try to push for the inclusion of progressive values on the Democratic Party platform.
It is not going to be a pitched battle, not unless the DNC and Clinton campaign makes it so, by rejecting the values that the DNC *used to* represent.
And it is *not* a conspiracy theory to point out the *many* instances of election fraud and vote rigging by Clinton supporters in *many* state primaries.
Shouting out 'lala lala lala no nothing happened' does not mean that they never actually DID happen, no matter how deeply you want to bury your collective heads in the sand.
