Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumWe can all agree that sanders true nature and his inability to reconcile defeat really
shows us and the world, how poorly of a president he would have made? His ego is out of control and keeps stringing his supporters along and engaging in a scorched earth policy against democrats and our soon to be nominee. I believe his lack of class and vindictiveness reminds me more of a Richard Nixon type then this made up socialist savior hype...... I gotta say, we have moist likely saved america from another mega-egomaniac

(55,894 posts)Obama has all of that. He's self confident enough to have extremely smart and competent people working for him and he knows how to delegate. Plus, he can follow the policy intricacies.
Sanders is the exact opposite.

It is never a good idea to give in to a bully. They will only want more until everything is their way.
It will only embolden them. It will back up their self righteous attitudes which will grow larger and continue to divide people and intensify the hate between people.
It teaches young people that bullying is the way work towards goals in a large, diverse society.
It is a huge mistake to offer anything to them
They need to grow up and face reality.

(15,805 posts)His followers need to deal with that.
He failed to clinch the deal with voters and the super delegates, those are serious mistakes on his part because they are basic requirement to win. The more ground that he's lost, the more bitter and vituperative he has become. He is loud and reactionary rather than calm and deliberative. He shirts any responsibility, instead blaming everyone else for his failures. When the going gets tough, Sander is found wanting and he remains unable to rise up to meet the demands of the Presidency.
