Hillary Clinton Hires Former MSNBC Host Karen Finney (HILLARY GROUP POST)

Hillary Clinton will potentially announce her run for president this week, and the second time around will be almost the polar opposite of 2008.
CNN reported Monday that the former Secretary of State has hired veteran Democratic communications expert and former MSNBC host Karen Finney as strategic communications advisor and senior spokesperson.

Finney’s ties to the Clintons run back to the 1990s, when she served as deputy press secretary to Hillary when she was first lady.
Finney also served as traveling press secretary during Clinton’s successful 2000 Senate run, and was the communications director for the Democratic National Committee from 2005-2009, which were four very good years for the Democratic Party.

I was a big fan of her show on weekends. I was sorry to see MSNBC cancel that show. Finney will do a great job for HRC

Karen Finney was on Obama's short list for Press Secretary. Great choice for Hillary. Bodes well for rest of campaign.

Finney is bright & knows the opposition well.
I have never heard her stumble on any statement. She is known & respected in the news community & she will do well for Hillary.
Good to hear we only have One Week to wait!!

Karen will be a great asset. She is someone who can clearly articulate her points without being offensive.

happening so soon. If she is as quick and smart as folks say, she will be good at returning the inevitable stream of BS that is going to be shot at HRC.

It's going to be quite a year. We desperately need a Democratic POTUS in 2016! Let's see how this develops. It's still a long way until the convention.

Good luck HRC and staff and looking forward to seeing video of her announcment. This week?
