Hillary Clinton Room Post Stand strong for Hillary on DU.

Posted in the Hillary Clinton Room.

We may not be the majority on this site but we are in the majority in our party.

Sanders is the new flavor at the moment and he has many fans on DU including myself.

But Hillary has proven her to me and her supporters on this board and we will be there for her.

So stand strong for Hillary my friends.

Hugs.

It seems Hillary fans are a distinct minority on DU.

I think the bagger trolls out number us.

DU does not represent the entire democratic party. I personally like Bernie Sanders and respect his positions. However, I really do not believe that he can raise the funds necessary to be effective

But he has the same chance of being elected president as I do!

All he will accomplish is to weaken Hillary enough to let the teahaddist win.

That will be a disaster for America

Here's a simple fact: Sanders will not win any primaries in southern or western states, where Democrats tend to be centrists. He can't win Texas; flat out cannot, in either the primary or the general. New York and California are foregone conclusions in Hillary's favor.

It's going to be interesting to watch the stampeding herd of Senators, Governors, et alia who do not instantly come forth to endorse Sanders.

I note with some amusement that much is being made of Sanders' raising 1.5 mil in just one day. Funny thing, it just so happens that his announcement coincided with end/first of month paydays. (Oh noez! Bernie haz teh money-grubs!). He's not going to pull in that much cash on a daily basis.

I like that he's not afraid to acknowledge that he's a socialist--I'm one, too, and there aren't many of us in the US.

But I'm supporting Hillary in the primary and looking forward to voting for her in the general. She's good on the issues at home and is known and respected by other heads of government; she has working relationships with them already. And I think she's strong enough to carry other Democrats with her. We have got to retake Congress; that's imperative.

Bernie Sanders is good on the issues. Unfortunately, I don't think he can win, and a loss next year will be catastrophic. We can't afford him.

of his people are trying to pull off.

Bernie joined the Dem party so he didn't divide the left.. too bad his supporters are undoing that around here. Like to know how they think he'll win a national election(not talking about how he has "more in his Room than Hillary" neener neener) without Obama supporters?

Yeah great stuff there, which I alerted on to no avail. This place is like freakrepublic since Hillary started running.

Do you guys honestly think these people, with all their venom and fangs out for Hillary, will support her when she wins the nomination?

I can't see them doing that, sadly.

More like disappointed, really, at the Hillary hate on this site. I joined DU in 2012 and seldom post, but I'll have to say I'm beginning to wonder how many of the pro-Bernie people aren't so much for him as against Hillary. After all, the two are so close on many of their positions.

Though they would deny it, the anti-Hillary people who are actually democrats are probably sexist (still). I know they'd be shocked, shocked that anyone would think that of them. I also have to wonder how many of the pro-Bernie people are really not for him at all, but are here from the right wing to sow dissention and create division among us.

There are probably a lot of people on DU who are for Hillary Clinton but not showing up in this group yet. Maybe later?

And agree on the stealth republicans here as well.

We need Hillary in the white house to fight the dying republican party now on its death bed.

They will be more and more viscous until it all blows up and we need a fighter in there like Hillary.

I actually like Sanders more, but like you said, the two agree on way more issues than they disagree on. HC's record shows it. Knowing this, there's no reason for this much foaming at the mouth of some of Sanders' supposed supporters on here. I'm pretty sure that the two of them are friends in real life and have the utmost respect for each other. They both seem like decent people. One would think that someone who supports Sanders wouldn't have so much of a problem with a HC nomination, unless some of them on here are RW shit-disturbers.

not the "nasty finger wagging" STFU thread. Got it.

You have to consider the source .. this is par for the course for them. Same fangs against President Obama and he was re-elected.. and they're so "disappointed". Too bad.

I'm actually becoming bored with the DU haters droning on and on. As you said Hillary supporters are the majority in the real world, so I just find the yammerers here irrelevant, though loud.
