****PSA**** MOB MENTALITY

Whenever you find yourself in a position where you are in a group of people that escalates to a mob mentality, your best course of action is to find egress as quickly as possible. These people are dangerous and unbalanced.

I bring this up because recently I had a close friend get caught up in a group of such people. When it comes to mobs it's not only the physical harm that can happen but the psychological trauma can be devastating.

It's not worth it no matter what.

Take it for what it's worth. Just remember this, you and your physical & psychological safety comes first.

take care all.

I was lurking but not posting during the Dean issues in 2004 and I was very active in the Obama vs. Clinton discussions in 2008. I was on the credentials committee for our county convention and I remember giving the benefit of doubt to a supporter of the other candidate in part because we are all Democrats. The Sanders people are supporting a candidate who they like very much and there is nothing wrong with that. Bernie Sanders is a good man and I agree with many of his positions.

After the primary process is over, please remember that the eventual Democratic nominee will have to rely on support from the people who supported the other candidate. For the most part, hard feelings were put aside in both 2004 and 2008 for the good of the party and the board and I expect the same to happen this time. I can only speak for my own posts but I try to not to post anything that may make it harder for all democrats to come together to support the party's nominee. If Sanders is the nominee, I do not intend to let any of the comments from Sanders' supporters affect my support for the party's nominee and I hope that the Sanders supports do likewise.

they leave life long scars. All people have to learn this, to not just 'go along to get along.'

That way lies catastrophe. There is a Japanese proverb:

Vision without action is dreaming, action without vision is a nightmare.

Mob mentality is the latter.
