Folha Leads Circulation among Brazil's Newspapers in 2019

Folha grew and led circulation among newspapers in the country in 2019. It had the highest monthly average of payers among periodicals, in the sum of its digital and printed versions, according to IVC Brasil (Instituto Verificador de Comunicação).
In the general calculation of last year, Folha recorded a monthly average of 328,438 daily copies paid, an increase of 6.4% compared to the 2018 average.
O Globo came in second, with 323,172 copies, and O Estado de S. Paulo in third, with 242,373.
Also, according to the IVC, Folha led in 2019 in the monthly average of digital circulation (236,059), followed by Globo (213,352) and State (141,536).
