Bruce Rauners proposed Right-to-Work zones, which would enable municipalities to enact hyper-ideological anti-union legislation on a local level. The move would be part of the governors so-called Turnaround Agenda, a series of reforms which includes prevailing wage repeal that the conservative is trumpeting in public appearances. after he worked so hard to get him in office? After Emmanuel worked so hard to gut the teachers unions and schools in his own city? Gosh! Maybe he should have opposed this sooner. Sorry Illinois. You will soon join North Mississippi just across the border. We're hatin' it. Sorry you didn't learn the lesson the easy way by watching us get our asses kicked by the Koch Bros.
