Could take years to recover, but seems like a sound long-term investment and a particularly good time to buy in IMO.

of PCG, Pacific Gas and Electric, post California fires.

HE sounds similar at this point.

Just thought others might be. I have a certain investment strategy which does not allow for this particular investment.
