He continues to speak out - and not just in the Senate, but he's made the rounds of news shows, explaining the issues and how and why they are so important. And he persists! 
And I ended up sitting next to her niece who told me that she came in the day before from Rhode Island. I just couldn't help myself, I had to tell her how much I admired her senator - Sheldon Whitehouse. And she just shrugged like she didn't know who I was talking about! I really don't get it... 
And he doesn't just speak in the Senate, he regularly makes the rounds of the news shows to explain the important issues that he persists in educating the public on, climate change and SCOTUS corruption.
