The F-16's will allow Ukraine to fire missiles that reach further into occupied territory than Ukraine's current maximum range. Yes, the Ruzzians should be concerned. In my opinion, the Ruzzian Kharkiv offensive has already failed. The first 12 hours of any offensive is critical for success. The Ruzzians have already stumbled.
