Russians authorities show less and less care about the Russian people. Some very loud noises were heard in Crimea. Belbek airfield was reportedly attacked with several ATACMS. Z-Army suspends Avdiivka offensive. There is no progress for several weeks. Probably, they need to relocate the people to more "promising" locations. Russians also changed Kharkiv strategy. It is no longer targeting Kharkiv city itself. It is mostly about creating a "buffer zone". Putin tricked Indians to fight for him in Ukraine.
