Roberts should be evacuated on all of his decisions thus far.

We just come to expect it from 4 of them. The 5th was a surprise yes, but it doesn't change who John Roberts is. That said, I'd love to see him come around... I doubt that he will though.

things.... when you know your decision stands and can't be appealed and will be looked at for generations to come.... people start to think about how they want history to remember them. scalia and thomas already bought their tickets, maybe Roberts doesn't want to take that train just yet.
