The SCOTUS has added FRIDAY to it's 'opinion release' calendar

June 26th... gee, that date sounds familiar...

In 2003 --- The SCOTUS released the Lawrence v. Texas decision, which struck down 'sodomy laws' from all states, thus decriminalizing LGBTs sex-lives in states where such laws had been used as grounds for descrimination and prosecutions.

In 2013 --- The SCOTUS released its decisions on United States v. Windsor and Hollingsworth v. Perry.
The first struck down section 3 of the federal DOMA... The second, nailed the coffin shut on California's infamous "Proposition 8"

Just a personal thing.

Damn, I hope it's good. I really don't want to go backwards in this fight

and presumably next Monday, so they must feel they need the extra day to announce the remaining seven cases. I wonder which ones will be last.
