I haven't ever introduced myself fully to this group.

I mostly lurk, and recently I felt as though I was forced to lurk. (Those that know me, know what I'm talking about.)

I'm a bisexual woman. I am also many other things that people will attack and swear at, but being bisexual probably applies to this group a lot more than any of that other stuff. But everything combined and being attacked on every end of who I am, is a lot more hurtful than being bullied for one reason. I've heard the weirdest comments about bisexuals:

Lesbians don't like bisexuals because they think they need to "choose."
Bisexuals are the reason AIDS was spread to heterosexuals.
All bisexuals have an open marriage or is unfaithful.

Just want to say: What the hell?

We hope to see you post actively here.

Does not matter to us what a persons sexuality is as long as they are happy.

We have a great group of people here, please feel free to ask questions, participate in discussions, share life experiences but most of all, we want to you to feel safe here.

Once again welcome to our group.

I think I once complimented you on your avatar, since it's pretty dear to me - (here's are very rare patch a dear friend sent to me).

I pretty much stayed out of the latest ruckus (except when a host locked something that didn't need to be locked, then I'm game,) but I've read through all it and have to say that you handled it very well and very fair. You'll getting some hard times still, of course, but you also have great support, and that's what counts. Hang in there.

Just tell anyone who gives you hell for being you to go take a long walk off a short pier or something... seriously though ignore them. If all they can do is throw insults, then they really aren't worth the time it would take to respond to their hatred. Just come here and talk to us, at least you know you will get an intelligent conversation without the insults.

I don't ordinarily frequent LGBT but have had a lot to do with the UK Bi scene in the past. Bis certainly have their work cut out for them!

Look forward to your future posts,
