Hand massagers- new concept to me; are they useful/helpful to aging hands?

Saw them available on sales network; googled concept and there are many brands out there.
Intriguing. Has anyone experience with hand massagers currently on the market/
Any downsides to them?

I thought it was going to be some gimmicky thing but was totally surprised at how much it helped our 70+ hands. The previous year I’d had to go to a physical therapist twice a week for a month and a half for my overused hand. The massager we have does pretty much what he did massage-wise, only we can use it whenever we need it.

Edit to add; just checked, it’s sold/made(?) by Purology.
