Check out Mending The Line on NETFLIX

A poignant story of a wounded (internally and outward) Afghanistan veteran, who finds himself on the road to healing at a VA Center in Montana through learning to fly fish. The people this wounded warrior meets on his journey have wounds of their own..

A brilliant cast that includes Brian Cox, Wes Studi, and Patricia Heaton. Beautifully filmed and scripted. This is a hidden gem of a film that will move you.

*****/5 stars. Definitely worth your time.

It involves making micro adjustments in your line so it won't develop a "belly" -- which is a shape on the water that scares the fish -- as it floats downstream. Very fitting title. Haven't seen the film yet but it's going in my queue now.

What was Lucy's relationship with the older woman? Was she just looking after her. Was she suffering from PTSD as well?

The woman's son died that Lucy was engaged to. She relates that story to Coltet when they were on her porch steps.
