Today is the anniversary of my sister's death. My brother is coming over for dinner

We'll drink a toast to her.

Tomorrow I start therapy, again, to try and come to terms with her death, among other unresolved issues. Survivor guilt is a never ending pain. She had so much more to offer than I ever will. The fates are cruel.

Anyway, I've put off getting serious about dealing with these issues for far too long. Hopefully I don't turn into a human emotion volcano. I'll take my medications before I go.
