Hi. I need to post this ,

LilBit and I are home . I posted last Thursday, I’m dying, I calledI911passedout. They came here , but wouldn’t take LilBit. I fought, they took her.

Seems I had a stroke, all you Dur’s , we are home, I’m ok mentally ok, but physically , the stroke hit me. I lost a lot of physical strength it seems.
And my mind is, if I can’t pick her up, I can’t care for herTotally anymore, LilBit needs to be in state care..
we just gonna sleep till.Monday,
Then I gotta do Me, LilBit will be in supported living.

Just wanted to let you know we hear your pain and hope it gets better.

Today I sat by a pond and a breeze was blowing.
I told my companion, if you only had just ten minutes of life, in an empty universe, and this breeze blowing on the pond was the only thing in the universe you could see for that ten minutes, it would still be such indescribable beauty.

I hope you find some lovely breezes blowing, and a woodpecker in a tree, and a new flower that catches your fancy.

Whew that post seemed out of character for you. Try to get some rehabilitation to see what you can recover and to restore what movement you can.

9. Well, you knew the day would come

but I'm sure you were hoping it wouldn't come this soon.

She might blossom in supported living, you never know. I've seen it happen, even when they want to go home because it's home. It takes a while for a new living situation to become any sort of home. It's actually better to do it while you can help her settle in instead of waiting until your own situation is in crisis and you can't.

These are early days after a small stroke. You will regain a lot of strength, but you'll likely get weaker as you get tired, something that will happen sooner than it used to.

Take care.

I'm kind of surprised they released you from the hospital.

Please take care of yourself and Tess. Does Tess still have her support dog you posted about a few years back?
