I chatted with Koz & got permission from him to say this

This is my paraphrasing BTW.

He seems to be doing ok with the life changes that he & Little Bit are going thru as parent/disabled child and his awareness that he is aging& has health issues as well. Aging sucks.

Still & all, support from DUers is important, I hope he can get some of what he needs in these rooms.

*(Also for my own issues with my trying to be Ms FixIt For Others, I'm going to step back a bit. It is too easy for me to become over involved)*

I hope he's getting medical support for his dementia, his stroke and his alcohol issues. He needs to take care of himself or he'll be no good for her.

He said he was going to let her go into state care...has that changed?
