Finally got a comfortable chair

Two drs told me ditch my current chair due to pain issues. The guy at Big Lots screwed up and there's only the floor model. So, I was on hold forever trying to get him at Big Lots. Now I'm awaiting the third party delivery service to call me back. Why is everything so fucked up complex and stressful?
