They seem to be all about power and intimidation. Bullies will have a field day with this.
These features will do nothing but create more sadness and disharmony.

Its like that kid on the drive, that finally kept quiet for awhile:
"Ahem!"
"Yes dear."
"Didn't you notice mommy?"
"Notice what, dear?"
"THAT I'M IGNORING YOU!!!!"

But at bottom, I think those numbers are something THE ADMINS and their adjuncts need to know, not the board or even, not the poster.

This is bad boundaries, imo, just as that experiment with listing who we had on ignore by name at the bottom of our posts was (that lasted about three minutes) bad boundaries in action.

If the individuals involved could manage the conflict on their own, they would not be avoiding, ignoring or blocking, they would be talking it through on their own. If people are using these strategies to mitigate conflict, that should be respected, not exploited as some kind of b-mod tool.

This is going to lead to hurt feelings and worse, Skinner. At the shallowest level, it will lead to people being avoided, blocked and ignored just to score points against a perceived adversary. Beyond that, it will generate anxiety and hurt for people who have no reliable way to self-correct.
