Chicken salad with grapes and walnuts in it. Over lettuce from my garden.

Cheesecake topped with blueberries for dessert.

Hotter 'n hell here today. Glad I cooked most of this up in anticipation of this miserable weather.

Very few groceries and no ride to town on the horizon.

I'll pull something together, but....

Probably my best bet is a chopped salad with some chicken. Or maybe an antipasto, as we might have visitors for dinner. Or maybe some chicken salad for sandwiches?

Any suggestions?

Lemons
Red onion
shallots
radishes
green onions
cuke
no lettuce or tomato

i skinless, boneless chicken breast
A few slices of ham

2 Hamburg buns and 2 hot dog buns

LOTS of cheese (yum)

We don't have A/C. I baked some chicken breasts this morning and made a batch of chicken salad for wraps for supper. It's almost too hot to eat.
