What's for Dinner, Thurs., April 30, 2015

Chicken and tortellini in basil-cream sauce, since I didn't get to make it last night, due to arriving home so late.

I'll see what greens I can pick from my garden to go with the romaine I have for a salad.

Romaine, Green onions, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, bacon, tuna, radish, feta cheese and diced apple. Oh and some avocado and chick peas! SO like a balsamic dressing which sounds good for me too.

I'll probably do some baked zucchini parm chips on the side.

Late appointment, so will have to take what is available.

Hope you have some greens! I would love to have some fresh produce right about now.

with a quick marinara. I do have some zucchini to use up, so I'll just dice that up and throw it in the sauce as well.
(I used up all the mushrooms in last night's pork chop cream sauce, otherwise I'd throw those in too. The sauce came out better than expected, though next time I'd use a bit more Dijon.)
