(20,234 posts)I have a weakness for all things eggplant, and my market has a weakness for selling large ones for 50 cents each. Bad combo!
Tonight we had peanut butter eggplant curry stew. I thought I'd save some money given the price of peanut butter by buying the peanuts still in the shell for <$2/lb, but I learned an important lesson there. It doesn't save anything if the husband walks by and sees PEANUTS! and sits down to shell and eat half of them before they can hit the food processor.

(9,791 posts)It's a combination of broccoli, chicken, green pepper and various other things and spices wrapped in a crescent roll braid. Pillsbury has some very tasty braid recipes on their website.
