The mug brownie, for when you just want one brownie:

In a mug, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add six tablespoons of brownie mix (I use Ghirardelli Double Chocolate). Stir. Add three tablespoons of milk (I use whole milk). Stir. Add about one tablespoon of sunflower seed butter (peanut butter will work). Don't stir.

Cook in microwave for about 1.5 minutes. My microwave is only 900 watts, so your time may be faster. It should be wet looking but firm. It will be very hot, so be careful, and let it cool a bit.

Pour yourself a glass of milk (or whatever you want to drink), and dig in to a luscious chocolate treat. Enjoy!!
