What's for Dinner, Fri., July 7, 2017

We went to a restaurant and had some casual food like nachos and BLTs.

Later, maybe we'll have a cold vegetable plate. There's a sauce I want to make called Toasted Walnut Miso sauce, and I think it would be excellent on cold vegetables.

The chicken was marinated in teriyaki

The queen of the meal however was the grilled pineapple!! We just sliced lengths and brushed a little olive oil on it. I'm sure there are amazing sauces or marinades one could apply. Au naturel was fabulous!
