How much can my 1957 Sunbeam Mixmaster handle?

It's in almost new condition, full power. I've been searching online for the specs, but no luck..
It's model 11C, so if any one has models 10-12, can you share your experiences? Specifically if it can handle twice as much as my bread machine (which has a limit of 4 3/4 c of flour, or a 2lb loaf).
And if any body knows what size the big original bowl was would be very helpful too.

I'd put money on your old one beating the new $500 model in a mixing contest. HopeHoops Feb 2012 #9

to figure out exactly which model I have (then I took the head off the stand and found it stamped on the bottom. doh!)
It's got a 10-12 volt, 120 watt (max) motor, so I think I should at least be able to double my cookie recipe. maybe not the bread though.

I've been using an 8 quart that fits the base good enough to not slip around...

I'm trying to find a local guy to tune it up for me before I really test it's measure, but yea, I wanna keep this thing running forever cause even the new $500 model doesn't look as sturdy.

What color is it?

I have a model 3C Kitchen Aid stand mixer that I found at an estate sale and have been using as my only mixer for about ten years. I was lucky to find the original bowl there, too, in a different room. I treat that bowl very carefully. The mixer runs like a top. Hope yours does well, too!

well, not this exact one.. Model 11 came in a few colors, but 11C just in chrome..

I'm searching for parts now, all over the house. Knowing Gram, she had every attachment, but never used them so they are scattered between the basement storage and the garage. I'm trying to view it as a treasure hunt but omg it'll take me forever.
In the event that they are lost for good, I know the parts for 10, 11 and 12 are interchangable, some people say the new attachments will fit these models too, but some say they won't.
