1. Grilled lamb chops

marinated in garlic, oregano, rosemary, black pepper, and paprika all ground up together and made into a paste with olive oil. I'll make a sauce of deglazing the pan with red wine and stirring a lump of butter into it. Baked potato and a steam-saute of zucchini/onion/tomato finished with basil and a shot of basalmic vinegar. All gluten free.

Smells really good. Cukes & shredded carrots in a yougrt sauce, brown jamsine rice. Leftovers for lunch this week.

Slow cooked all day.... with oven roasted potatoes/Vidalia onions.... fresh Savoy cabbage.... and of course salad! 😋
