Related: About this forumCan I freeze bread pudding?
Just made a nice bread pudding, but it's more than I can -- or should -- realistically eat in the next couple of days. Can I freeze some of it? If I can, how should I go about that? I'm inclined to put single serving amounts into zip-lock bags.
What's the consensus here?

The best part of my bread pudding was that I used bread I made two days ago in the bread machine.

(51,672 posts)Stick it in small zip lock sandwich baggies so that way you can take out and defrost one serving at a time. I do not recommend defrosting and refreezing though.

(25,929 posts)I've wrapped individual portions in plastic wrap and placed them inside a labelled ziplock baggie.
All is well now.
