What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan. 8, 2018

Tossed green salad with beets, gorgonzola, and toasted walnuts.

Cajun-style stuffed peppers. I have yellow, red, and orange peppers, and they're just beautiful! Chicken in the stuffing.

Dessert: a slice of panettone with a little agave and mascarpone on top, along with hot chocolate.

I'm making a three-meatloaf (beef, lamb and pork). I make a sorta pizza sauce to mix with the eggs and bread crumbs for the binder. Mashed potatoes and a green salad with cherry tomatoes and red onion. Wish I had some gorgonzola!

Enjoy your dinner, NJCher!

Mix paprika, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, garlic powder, turmeric, cardamom, coriander, onion powder, mustard, fennel seeds, garam masala, sage, salt, black pepper, and ginger together in a bowl.
This made a good amount, so I'm ziplocking the extra for a chicken rub later
