What's for Dinner, Mon., June 25, 2018

BBQ pork sandwiches with potato salad and coleslaw.

To drink, lavender melon kombucha. BTW, that reminds me, WF has a sale on kombucha. I am going over again tonight to stock up since I learned they no longer do rainchecks.

Also, when I was in WF they had a guy at a table in front telling everyone about the discount you get if you're a prime member.

For dessert, a five-seed almond bar from TJs. I also stopped there! These are really good with cold tea, only the tea I'll have this with tonight is Earl Grey.

I'm trying an Senaglese style peanut-sweet potato-spinach stew called Mafe. I'm using the weight watcher recipe.
Cold decafe tea.

I bought some marked down thin sliced steak and was thinking of the Four Legged Food Critic, who rarely will eat plain old dog food. However a good old steak and cheese for me might be nice. I'd share.

I do have lots of leftovers, ribs, taco filling, beans and other things that TJ might have made while I slept. She and FLFC will be up in a couple of hours. TJ will head out to work and FLFC will "help" with dinner, so I have time to decide.

I guess I wasn't ready to post yet. We're on a different schedule here. We will get back to you.

No hoagie roll so it was on rye bread.

FLFC had steak with a hint of cheese and no bread. Three star rating from him.

Some nice blueberries are in the 'fridge. I am going to have them with a small serving of vanilla ice cream.
