Orange chicken, rice, bunch of veggies, and an egg roll. Probably not a good day for pork.

I thought today was Tuesday. No wonder my schedule didn't make any sense. (big wink)

The Landlady(!) is working late tonight so I have time to make Chicken Francese with steamed spinach and roasted potatoes. A small green salad with tomatoes and red onion on the side.

Sliced pear for dessert.

See you tomorrow! Whatever day it is, I know we'll all eat well.
