Industrial coffee table

We found a really neat sewing machine base recently- a short one, that the wheel protrudes above the base.

I made an industrial-style top, with a breadboard edge, pegs, and a dutchman inlay to cover a particularly nasty knot.





It's not really that orange, the flash just did something weird to the color.

And yes, it's a good thing we don't have kids, or there would be broken fingers.
