The last (and only) event I recall was the North Hollywood bank robbery in 1997, and those criminals used illegally modified rifles.

Killing someone with hands and feet takes labor, and real Democrats are pro-labor. The manner in which a murder is committed determines whether or not a real Democrat thinks it should be regulated. If it allows a smaller, weaker or outnumbered innocent person to have a reasonable chance to intimidate or prevail against an attacker or attackers, it is probably disallowed.

The general rule is "if you have to break a sweat to kill someone that way, no regulation is necessary" or the easier to remember jingle "one at time, doesn't need to be a crime".
