The Massachusetts affiliate of the National Rifle Association on Monday sued Governor Charlie Baker and Attorney General Maura Healey, contending the states ban on assault weapons is unlawful and should be declared void and unenforceable.

They both give you a nice warm feeling but that's where the similarity ends.

(69 posts)...that they prevail in their suit. A positive outcome for the 2nd Amendment could see a similar action in California, where they recently enacted some draconian GC laws.
