TCU incredible rally sets up Aggie showdown

It’ll be an all-Texas super showdown — TCU vs. A&M — this weekend in Fort Worth, thanks to a remarkable late-night rally by the Horned Frogs on Monday.

TCU came back from an 8-1 deficit in the eighth inning to stun North Carolina State 9-8 in 10 innings, winning the Fort Worth Regional.

Texas A&M (49-12) broke a seventh-inning tie to beat California 3-1 in the College Station Regional title game a few hours earlier.

TCU (47-12), the Big 12 regular-season champ, will host the best-of-three super regional starting Friday or Saturday.

Pinch-hitter Elliott Barzilli had an RBI single in the bottom of the 10th to lift the Horned Frogs to the improbable victory....
