Greek vacation will be cheap

In 1981 my vacation to Greece seemed almost free - they needed foreign currency so they put caps on what hotels could charge, Ten dollars a night for a room in spectacular Mikonos. Five dollars for an absolute feast on the beach including lots of wine. After they have exited the Euro I think it will be almost free again. They are getting screwed - but we can help while helping ourselves - by going on vacation there.

I will await more news to see how things are calming down.

Also, I don't want problems with ATMs there getting my euros. ATMs are the cheapest way to get the euros.

I was given an opportunity to go on a Greek vacation this year, but have been hesitant because of the troubles.
Seems like a difficult time there now with the tourists not able to get money. Many places won't take credit cards because they don't want devalued money.
let things settle down, have fair prices but not gouge people. someone said it would be a great time to buy a housethere because it would be so cheap, I can't even put how that makes me feel into words.
