They're not. I don't care who says so.

(1,110 posts)All of my extended family are evangelicals as are most of my coworkers. They know I never attend church. But we all love and care for each other. They probably hope I will join them someday but they respect me for who I am and what I do. I do the same for them. I can love and respect anyone regardless of creed. I judge them for how they treat others which is often very different from what they profess to believe.

(13,300 posts)So Ill guess that the qualification monotheistic is critical to your thesis.
Is it your claim that all Christian blockheads are not monotheists?
Or are there in fact no true Christians, in which case the empty set contains neither blockheads nor monotheists?

(146,359 posts)Some Christians here appear to feel somewhat put-upon by us atheists. I think that's too bad, really. We're actually nice folks with good hearts, after all.
