With all the rain and high water we have been having here ...

I find myself going to https://water.weather.gov/ahps/ often. It is an interactive map with all the water level gauges (rivers and tidal) as well as forecasts for some. You can zoom in and hover the cursor over a gauge and a pop-up graph of levels (and forecast if available) will appear on the right. Click on a gauge and you will get new screen with the graph plus other information such as the effects of various levels.

This isn't a site that will work well on a phone or poor connection.
