They can still win if the left isn't motivated or is split. Hopefully what has happened libinnyandia Feb 2012 #1

We are motivated? When I hear Obama like today, I am. Waiting to hear about his permanent XL pipeline decision..don't want to be disappointed.

I thought after the disastrous Reagan-Poppy Bush years, that the GOP was done.
However, we all know how that turned out. Let's do everything we can to make every election a repeat of 2008.
Don't worry, the right wingers will be doing whatever they can to further their interests, be ready for it.
I certainly don't want a repeat of 2000 or 2004.

I've been waiting for twenty years for the demographics to shift enough for our nation's peculiar brew of race-infused national socialism to spoil, and it hasn't happened yet. Hatred and fear are just too powerful and easy to use, I guess.

What worries me the most these days is how much money has already been blown on the wrong side of this election. That represents an investment, by a group of totally amoral people, backed by a party responsible for the deaths of a million innocent people over the past ten years, who are certain to attempt to protect that investment.

Various talking heads are already asking, "will no one rid me of this turbulent priest?" every day. Sooner or later, someone's gonna volunteer.
