https://theintercept.com/2016/05/06/hillary-super-pac-draft-oped/Sad state of affairs. Not only selling your name and influence, but having lobbyist write it for you? These politicians are low lifes who only care about their ambitions, and are willing to sell out the public at the drop of dime. If you want to know who they are, look at the Hillary surrogates. Majority can be found there.
Makes you question the others who's talking points, columns, and speeches were written by lobbyists...

That's what article says. And that is what a little research into "the big bad lobbyist" indicates.

Haven't you go the memo? IOKIYAAC
It's OK if you are a Clinton (Supporter).
Anything that would get anyone esle in trouble, is some how magically not unethical, not illegal, not immoral, not reprehensible, when done in the name of HRC.

it that way. Not many sit down and write out a complete article/speech.
Not sure what Johnson is doing now, but he has a distinguished career in campaigns for Obama, Reed, John Lewis and more. http://www.gtlaw.com/People/Tharon-L-Johnson
But, endorse someone other than Sanders -- under the bus.

(2,096 posts)8. Don't Forget Brock's Group - Correct the Record
On the morning before the column was published, Torres sent an email to Correct the Record asking Wessel to send her the final version. She sent over Reeds bio and headshot and wrote, Let me know if you need anything else.
Attached is a slightly modified version after CNN ran a fact check, Wessel wrote back. The attached Word document shows a number of revisions through track changes, with multiple Correct the Record staffers providing edits. (The metadata of the document shows that Wessel created the document.)
Wessel emailed Torres and Johnson again later that day, after the piece was posted, to indicate that he was in touch with CNN to make a post-publication fix to an error in the piece. Thank you for all your help, turned out great, Wessel wrote. Well promote throughout the day.

Anne Torres, the mayors director of communications, told The Intercept this week that the column was not written by the mayor, but by Tharon Johnson, a former Reed adviser who now works as a lobbyist for UnitedHealth, Honda, and MGM Resorts, among other clients. The columns revisions by staffers from Correct the Record are documented in the emails
Oh, and he didn't just not sit back and write out a complete article/speech, he sat back and didn't write any of the article/speech .. this was a Hillary campaign team/industry lobbyist effort, they just used his name, his image, and claimed it was him.
Most 'gubmit officials' get their staff to write up their speeches and articles, yes, not campaign teams collaborating with Lobbyists for a an industry the campaign is suppose to be legislating on ... and claiming that they are not being influenced by said lobby.
