That pesky US Constitution and it's 1st Amendment!

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

How DARE Bernie uphold the Constitution?

I hate to break it to you but just because you do not like why people were protesting doesn't make it wrong.

When people lined up and shouted every profanity at Dubya, threw eggs at his limo we cheered!
When Cindy Sheehan camped out outside of his home in Texas, we cheered her on, posted about her protests constantly, donated to her cause.
When W was burned in effigy on the day Obama was inaguarated we celebrated.

That is our right.
And if you have a problem with it, you better learn to deal with it. It's only going to get worse if she becomes President as the GOP goes full force against her.

Just ask President Obama

I might disagree with them, but I respect anyone who takes a stand like that.

You do know the difference between the two, right? And that they aren't mutually exclusive at all?

to level the playing field through economic opportunity. He literally wants to redistribute wealth and also create jobs. He wants to expand out social contract to the helpless, needy and elderly. He wants healthcare for all. These are some of his policy ideas.

His politics is how he presents himself as a leader, how he communicates his policy message and the degree to which he can get others to agree with his message and follow him.

Because she changes her "politics" and her "policies" to suit the occasion.

Looks like Bernie is pretty good at getting others to agree with him and follow him, eh?

With that said, I want a president to incorporate new information, new partners and respond to changing conditions. I want a president that's flexible. If Bernie were president I would expect he would have to modify some of his positions based on new information or changing conditions. This is a sign of skilled leadership. It's not a weakness.

Can't seem to find the energy to register to vote, however. A small flaw in their engaging personalities.

We used to applaud protesters.

Here's an inconvenient fact for Hillary supporters -
Our right to protest includes protests against Hillary.
