Epstein employee swears she personally witnessed Trump forcibly rape a 13 year old

and personally witnessed Trump threaten the lives of the girl and her family.

The employee said that witnessing these encounters was a part of her job as a "party planner."

"Tiffany Doe," under penalty of perjury, has signed an affidavit to that effect, according to an article in Huff Post by an NBC legal analyst, Lisa Bloom.

This is the alleged legal affidavit (the 2 page document that follows the lawsuit)

But it does seem that more sources should be reporting this.

The media has soured on Trump in the last 6 weeks, they would have no reason to protect him or hide the story. Besides, the ratings would be at historic highs if it turned out the Republican candidate for president had raped a child. That would be a scandal that would rock the world for years. No one is going to bury such a thing to help this piece of shit.

However, with that said, I still need to see more evidence that there is a credible story here. Trump is a gigantic asshole but a child rapist? That is a completely different type of evil that demands solid evidence.

I guess when you consider Denny Hastert, Jerry Sandusky, etc., some of them do manage to get by with it for some time - still I would be at least somewhat surprised to find this true in this case. For one thing, we haven't seen a pattern of behavior of him seeking the company of children. If he had some big children's charity where kids came to his house all the time I could see it.

We'll see.

case, but the lawsuit argues there should be an exception since the victim says she's been living in fear ever since it happened. That she didn't report earlier because of the threats.

Only for what they call "Other felony sex offenses"

New York17
N.Y. Crim. Pro. Law § 30.10

Rape; Criminal sexual act;
Aggravated sexual abuse;
Course of sexual conduct
against a child
None
Other felony sex offenses 5 years

This is where I found this information:

https://victimsofcrime.org/docs/DNA%20Resource%20Center/sol-for-sexual-assault-check-chart---final---copy.pdf?sfvrsn=2

Somebody who has training in law can review that and tell us why is it that the initial case was dismissed before 5 years were passed. I guess it must not have been filled as a forcible rape.

the huffington post article discussing that is at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lisa-bloom/why-the-new-child-rape-ca_b_10619944.html
