Hillary Clintons presidential campaign has hired two new staffers with close ties to organized labor.
Clinton has named Lori DOrazio and Michele Gilliam deputy labor campaign directors, Reuters reported Tuesday.
Gilliam is a former staffer for Bernie Sanders's presidential campaign. She also formerly served as an organizer for a local chapter of the Transport Workers Union.
DOrazio is joining Clintons team after working with the AFL-CIO, Americas largest labor organization, as well as the United Auto Workers Union.

(3,335 posts)loyalties on a dime. You have people here that supported Bernie and were very passionate about that loyalty and still remain very loyal to him. I can appreciate their loyalty even if I disagree with it. But Bernie has not conceded the election yet and endorsed Hillary yet, and has said in no uncertain terms that he plans to take his fight all the way to the Convention. When followers say that they are trying to take control of the party from within, why shouldn't I believe them?
