2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumWell here we go, Trump going there about Bernie waiting for Hillary to be indicted...
Thanks Bernie.
By the way, Trump is off his rocker about the Star of David and is ripping CNN. I can't believe they're showing all of this.

(6,716 posts)we can go there. Just because you're uncomfortable it was brought up, doesn't mean we can't.

(38,613 posts)Just remember what Obama was saying about Clinton in 2008. Was he lying?

(6,716 posts)And guess what happened after the primaries. We expect mudslinging during the primaries, that's typical.

(38,613 posts)You need to get over this obsession with Sanders and focus on Trump.

(34,648 posts)And Trump retweets white supremacists all the time, so nobody believes him anyway.
He really does look nuts. Like he is really putting on a one man show, and I think he's on meth.

(11,197 posts)parroting what they perceive the people want to hear. Like corporate dems that run as populists during campaign season...because polling shows it's what the people want to hear. After the election well, you know...there's "compromise". Funny that those compromises always seem to be right of center, but hey, stranger things have happened I guess.

(7,082 posts)amendments while they are being read into the record so they can be debated? Then turning around and voting for a corporate give away while later berating their braver, harder working colleagues for not being bold enough? Those kind of politicians?

(34,648 posts)Trump's fucking insane. Here he goes on about Don King and Mike Tyson, not one but TWO black friends. Oh god. He's pimping Newt out! Oh failure!

(34,648 posts)Something is up with this guy! Now we have to hear about his ugly ass sons. Not the young one, he's cute, the grown ones. I hope he don't bring them onstage.
I have no clue what to call this performance.

(18,419 posts)We need to stand together.
Both CNN and MSNBC have been covering a Trump rally live for at least the last 15 minutes. The Democrats need to seek redress about all this free airtime.

(2,461 posts)Time to stop listening to tales and get grown up and real. Sanders has been upfront about what his goals were from the very beginning. It is about a fundamental shake down and wake-me-up to democrats. It is not about slamming Hillary with conspiracies. He's been willing to work with her from the beginning, and I might say, has been pretty damn successful!
The biggest proponents of framing Bernie as a 'I'm staying in waiting for the indictment fairy' are the trump-esque Hillary supporters. It is that segment of her campaign that will hurt the Democratic Party the most.
