(22,308 posts)... but have one person show up in America with Ebola and watch how they act.
Same old incompetence, new situation.
Hortensis
(58,785 posts)aren't tested, or who come up positive. When I think of what the Republicans are trying to do, both very intentionally and just going-along 1930s Germany style, I have very uncharitable thoughts.
Speaking of, Hillary's "Role Models" ad ran just before the start of the convention on MSNBC.

The links with The Globe are impossible to ignore. Stat's stories run in the paper's pages, yet Stat News is a separate startup free of the obligations to worry about printing costs or union contracts or the historic expectations advertisers and readers might have for an existing newspaper. Some Globe journalists express ambivalence. They're delighted to have Stat's expertise in their pages, but last month, the company laid off and bought out dozens from newsroom jobs and the juxtaposition stings. Berke says, you have to distinguish between the two outlets - one regional, one with broader ambitions.

(17,778 posts)But am a big Hunter S. Thompson fan.
The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. And I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon. Probably at the next gas station.

(7,703 posts)...they are very hardy, clump together and can last longer than four hours on objects like door handles and faucets. Also, contrary to the article, it can also be spread by vomit and become air-borne when the infected coughs and/or vomits or defecates.
Not a pretty picture.
