That said, I don't really buy Hillary being against TPP in the first place. She was instrumental in negotiating it.

(341 posts)He's the VP. Short of Hillary dying, he won't have any power besides a tie breaking role in the Senate. In the event that single constitutional duty arrives, he'd just do the bidding of the President anyway.
